The Lead Shift Cleaner oversees shift tasks including basic cleaning of all common areas, restrooms, entrances, walkways, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, drinking fountains, trashing, dusting, polishing, and other assigned areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for all basic cleaning tasks.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, restocking supplies, emptying trash, cleaning fixtures, mirrors, partitions, walls, sweeping, mopping, and toilet/urinal cleaning.
• Move and reposition furniture, vacuum, and replace trash liners.
• Check trash containers prior to moving.
• Perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, gum removal, dusting, and spot cleaning glass.
• Handle additional duties such as attending to flooded areas, spills, and restroom concerns.
• Restock carts and closets at shift end.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Shift Leader experience required.
• Minimum 1 year of cleaning experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work assigned hours, including weekends.
