American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced LDRP RN for night shift at a Critical Access Hospital in Montana. The role requires labor training and fetal monitoring certification, with EPIC EMR experience and ability to float to Med/Surg, CCU or ER as needed.

You will cover 18:45–07:00, participate in NSTs, deliveries, and newborn care, with on-call up to 3 times per 13 weeks, and enjoy benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and CEUs.

Formación

• Active RN license (MT or Compact) required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required.
• Current certifications: BLS, NRP, and STABLE.
• Must be labor-trained.
• Fetal monitoring certification (Intermediate or above) required.

Responsabilidades

• LDRP unit care for laboring patients, postpartum mothers and newborns.
• Night shift hours 18:45 to 07:00.
• Fast-paced obstetrics department with interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Uses EPIC EMR.
• Floating to Med/Surg, CCU or ER as needed.
• On-call up to 3 times per 13-week contract as scheduled by OB manager.
• Provide care for laboring patients, postpartum mothers and newborns.
• Perform triage and NSTs.
• Serve as 2nd nurse at deliveries and manage overflow patients.
• Collaborate with physicians, pediatricians and other healthcare professionals to support patient-centered care.
• Support patients experiencing complications during pregnancy, birth, or recovery.
• Team-oriented setting with strong interdisciplinary collaboration.
