American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN specializing in LDRP to join our Level III Perinatal Center in Montana. You will cover 12-hour night shifts with 1:1 Active Labor and 1:3 couplets ratios, handling 2–3 deliveries daily and caring for high‑risk OB patients.

Applicants must hold an active MT or Compact RN license and BLS/ACLS/NRP; 2 years LDRP experience is required. STABLE/EFM certifications are preferred. A supportive team and comprehensive resources are provided.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (MT or Compact) required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years of LDRP experience required.
• STABLE and EFM certifications preferred.
• Experience with magnesium, pitocin, insulin, and IV meds required.

Responsabilités

• Provide labor, delivery and postpartum care in a Level III Perinatal Center with NICU support.
• Manage 2–3 deliveries per day (roughly 70–80 per month).
• Deliver care to normal term and high‑risk OB patients, including 23 weeks and beyond.
• Maintain 1:1 Active Labor and 1:1-2 Nonactive Labor ratios per AWHONN guidelines.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team including obstetricians, nurses, and lactation consultants.
• Orientation includes unit onboarding and possible shifts at Whitefish location.
