Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience (cleanroom or regulated industry preferred).

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor laminators following specs and SOPs.
• Perform setup, changeovers, and tooling verification.
• Control process parameters (speed, alignment, temperature, pressure).
• Maintain cleanliness of laminator and surrounding area.
• Inspect product quality and segregate non-conforming material.
• Complete production documentation accurately.
• Report and assist resolution of mechanical/process issues.
• Support EHS and cGMP cleanroom protocols; cover day/night shifts as needed.
