Job summary

Mativ Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Production Laminator Operator for the 1-Night Shift in Alpharetta, GA.

You will operate and monitor 4 laminators in a cleanroom setting to ensure product quality, process efficiency, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include setup/changeovers, tooling verification, controlling process parameters, documenting production activities, and supporting issue resolution while following cGMP and EHS policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, cleanroom or regulated environment preferred.
• Ability to read technical documents and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor laminators following product specifications and SOPs.
• Perform setup, changeovers, and tooling verification.
• Control process parameters (speed, alignment, temperature, pressure).
• Inspect product quality and document production activities.
• Report and support resolution of mechanical/process issues.
• Maintain cleanroom and adhere to cGMP and EHS policies.
• Flexibility to cover day and night shifts as needed by the company.
