Job summary

Carter BloodCare is seeking a Laboratory Assistant to support the Product Quality Control (PQC) laboratories in Bedford, TX. The role requires participation in competency activities and maintaining service quality across shifts.

Responsibilities include ensuring operations meet guidelines, providing excellent customer service, and attending required trainings. Some positions include overnight or weekend hours, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• General laboratory and/or blood center experience, preferred.
• Customer service training and experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in competency and educational opportunities and all activities in the R&T department(s).
• Ensure daily operations in PQC laboratories meet guidelines and provide excellent service.
• Attend meetings and training sessions as assigned.
• Support varied shifts, extended hours, weekends, and/or overtime as needed.
