Job summary
ATI Specialty Alloys & Components in Millersburg, Oregon is seeking a Lab Analyst for a night shift (12-hour Pitman) 7:00pm–7:00am, two days on, two off, with every other weekend. You will prepare and analyze samples by ICP-OES and ICP-MS, perform dissolution and gravimetric analyses, and contribute to continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related science with at least 1 year of lab experience OR 2-year degree with at least 2 years of lab experience
- Experience operating ICP-OES and ICP-MS instruments is preferred
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Ability to learn ATI processes quickly and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze samples by ICP-OES and ICP-MS
- Perform routine dissolution techniques and gravimetric analyses
- Enter data into LIMS and maintain instrument maintenance
- Contribute to daily management board communications and safety
- Prioritize incoming samples and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Work with cross-functional teams to meet lab needs
