Job summary

Materion is seeking a Lab Analyst II to prepare samples, perform analytical testing and manage data for customer requirements in a quality-driven environment. The role involves using ICP-OES, GDMS, and other analytical techniques, with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

You will work under the Senior Analytical Chemist, train others as needed, and help improve standard procedures while maintaining strict documentation and compliance with AS9100D.

Qualifications

• Prefer 2- or 4-year STEM degree; relevant analytical lab experience considered.
• Experience with ICP-OES, GDMS, IGA, and metallography is valued.
• Ability to follow AS9100D and customer specifications; strong math skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples and perform analytical testing per procedures.
