Job summary

DoorDash’s DashMart Kitchens (DMK) is seeking a Kitchen Operations Associate to prepare meals to standard, maintain kitchen and warehouse organization, and support order fulfillment in a fast-paced shared facility.

You will collaborate with DashMart teammates to ensure consistent quality, accurate presentation, and a clean, well-organized work area while adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a passion for fresh food quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in food service (fast food/quick-service) preferred.
• Willing to obtain Food Handler’s Certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble meals according to brand and safety standards.
• Maintain organized storage and support inventory rotation (FIFO).
• Assist with order fulfillment in a shared facility environment.
• Keep kitchen and surrounding areas clean and compliant with sanitation guidelines.
