DoorDash’s DashMart Kitchens (DMK) operates inside a shared DashMart facility, focusing on preparing high-quality meals for DoorDash customers. The team collaborates with DashMart partners to ensure food quality, safety, and efficient order fulfillment within a unified facility.

The Kitchen Operations Associate handles meal preparation, maintains kitchen and warehouse organization, and supports order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast food, quick-service restaurants, grocery, or beverage operations preferred.
• Must be reliable, positive and team-oriented.
• Strong focus on fresh food quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to brand and food safety standards.
• Ensure meals meet quality, accuracy, and presentation standards.
• Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and dress code guidelines.
• Maintain organized dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage areas.
• Follow cleanliness and sanitation standards across shared workspaces.
• Support inventory organization and proper product rotation (FIFO).
• Collaborate with DashMart Operations Associates to maintain a cohesive site.
• Assist with light operational tasks to support facility success.
• Uphold a One Team mindset for a positive experience for all team members and customers.
