Qualifications

• Night shift kitchen crew role on the line cooking and feeding product.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, wash dishes, and close down the kitchen after service.
• Communicate product levels and issues clearly with the manager on duty.

Responsibilities

• Cook and feed product to the line throughout the shift, keeping up with demand.
• Stay on top of dishes so the kitchen keeps moving without bottlenecks.
• Close the restaurant per standard after service, including cleaning and reset.
• Guests come first; prioritize line coverage and safety.
• Work with the night team to close the restaurant to standard every shift.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
