Qualifications

• Must work in a safe manner.
• Must monitor kilns and make adjustments as needed.
• Must be able to learn the full operation of the burning department and DLA.
• Must be able to fill in for other department employees when needed.

• Oversee burning department operations: dryers, kilns, DLAs, car haulage, propane systems.
