Job summary

Acme Brick Company in Texas seeks a Burning Operator to join our manufacturing and distribution team. This safety-sensitive role requires vigilance with kiln operations and a strong work ethic to support efficient production.

You will transfer kiln cars, monitor temperature, adjust settings, replace burners, and help ensure brick quality while adhering to PPE and safety policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must be a problem solver with the ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Must be able to gather and skillfully analyze information.
• Ability to wear PPE (personal protection equipment) – required and provided.

Responsibilities
