Job summary

Crystal Mountain is seeking a Night Janitor to maintain cleanliness and safety across lodge facilities during swing shift hours. Duties include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal and restroom sanitation, with occasional snow/ice management at entrances.

Roles require independence, attention to detail and physical stamina in cold conditions. The ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated and takes pride in a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Intermediate skiing or riding ability.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of lodge, restrooms, dining areas, rental shops and public spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, empty trash and sanitize restrooms.
• Transport trash and recycling to disposal areas.
• Report maintenance needs to Facilities Manager.
• Perform snow/ice management at building entrances as needed.
