Job summary

Paycom - ATS at Arizona Snowbowl in Flagstaff, AZ seeks a Part Time Housekeeping Supervisor to assist the Mountain Janitorial teams and oversee AM and PM shifts. You will train new employees, track nightly checklists, manage inventory, enforce safety policies for tools and chemicals, and coordinate with Guest Services and Maintenance.

The role requires clear communication, teamwork, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays while maintaining a welcoming, clean, and safe

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping/janitorial across the mountain, including locker rooms and restroom attendance.
• Train new employees.
• Track nightly checklists and workflow accountability.

• Check lockers for guest belongings and turn in to Guest Services.
• Notify Maintenance of repairs, safety or maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with Base Camp Hotel Housekeeping staff.
• Work in the field at D6760 as needed.

Job Details: Job Location: Arizona Snowbowl - FLAGSTAFF, AZ 86002, Position Type: Part Time, Purpose of the position: Assists the Housekeeping Sup II in overseeing the Mountain Janitorial Departments, AM and PM positions.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for all aspects of Housekeeping/Janitorial, mountain wide in addition to the responsibilities of the Locker Room/Restroom attendant and Evening Janitorial positions.
• Training new employees.
• Tracking accountability of nightly checklists and workflow.
• Managing inventory.
• Implement, document and enforce safe operational policies and procedures for tools, chemicals and staff.
• Checking the lockers (end of day) for guest belongings and turning them into Guest Services.
• Notifies the Maintenance Department of any repairs, safety or maintenance that needs to be addressed.
• Flexibility in working with/at Base Camp Hotel Housekeeping staff.
• Working in the field, D6760, as needed.

Qualifications: Education / Training / License(s) / Certification(s) Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift and carry 30 lbs. without assistance.
• Must be able to lift arms overhead.
• Position involves bending, twisting, stooping repeatedly throughout the workday.
• Must be able to ascend and descend stairs without assistance.
• Must be able to walk from building to building.
