Job summary

GEODIS is seeking an IT Coordinator to join our Indiana team, supporting the IT Manager and Corporate IT. You will troubleshoot network and server problems, install and maintain computer systems, and help manage security policies and software deployments for campus operations.

The role requires a 4-year computer science degree, familiarity with LMS platforms like Red Prairie or Manhattan LMS, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Knowledge of third‑party logistics, transportation systems, and/or WMS preferred.
• PC proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Access and Excel.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical users.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Assists the IT Manager and Corporate IT Team with troubleshooting network and server problems.
• Assists with installing and maintaining computer systems, telecommunication, networking, and other required systems.
• Facilitates network setup and hardware troubleshooting for PCs, printers, RF scanners, and software changes.
• Tests and deploys new computer configurations.
• Manages policies for user rights and security.
• Documents IT-related processes and updates.
• Oversees backup of network resources and data.
• Maintains antivirus software and definitions across campus systems.
• Keeps software inventory and licenses for CIB devices.
• Provides user support and responds to service requests for the labor management system.
• Participates in LMS maintenance calls and communicates updates to management.
