City Produce in Fort Walton Beach, FL, seeks a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to manage daily physical counts, rotate stock, and maintain accurate inventory records. You will work nights 10:00pm–6:00am, Tuesday through Saturday, ensuring products meet quality standards for shipping and help with slotting new items.

You will collaborate with buyers and warehouse managers, prepare reports, conduct spot audits, and use Inventory Management Software and Excel to support efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in produce distribution or similar operation.
• Proficient with Inventory Management Software and Excel.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Organize and perform daily physical inventory counts.
• Rotate products properly during slot checks and report deviations.
• Assist buyers and warehouse managers with quantity and quality issues.
• Slot new products and optimize locations.
• Generate inventory reports for buyers and managers.
• Operate cherry picker and maintain inventory system.
• Conduct periodic inventories and spot audits.
• Ensure shipments meet standards for quality and freshness.
