Job summary

Jabil is seeking an Inventory Analyst to analyze current inventory levels, movements, and related transactions at the Florence, KY site. The role includes reviewing cycle counts, discrepancies, and material flow to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

The position requires strong data analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills, with responsibilities extending to supporting financial reporting and RMA processes while leading a team of analysts.

Qualifications

• Ability to present information to managers, clients, and the public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
• Ability to operate a PC with Windows OS and related software.
• Advanced PC skills and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages.
• Ability to read, write, and understand simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes current inventory levels and material movements within the site and to external sources.
• Reviews cycle counts and investigates discrepancies.
• Provides solutions to workcells and analyzes performance metrics (downtime, adjustments, backflush integrity, returns).
• Reviews material flow and authorizes adjustments to inventory discrepancies.
• Provides follow-up on financial reports and RMA processes.
• Leads a team of Inventory Analysts and supports other duties as assigned.
