Job summary

The Vines Hospital in Ocala, FL is seeking a Full Time Night Intake Coordinator to support the Admissions Department. You will assist with patient check-in, wand patients for safety, and manage administrative tasks in a fast-paced behavioral health setting.

Responsibilities include verifying insurance, entering data into MS4, building charts, and handling calls and paperwork under the supervision of the Admissions Director. Join a premier facility offering psychiatric and addiction treatments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of direct patient care experience.
• Knowledge of co-occurring disorders preferred.
• Strong administrative and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist admissions with patient check-in and intake processes.
• Wand patients to ensure safety of staff and others.
• Inventory belongings and verify insurance eligibility.
• Enter information into MS4 and build patient charts.
• Answer calls and complete filing and other duties as directed.
