Job summary

Sanford Health in Eau Claire is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process from assessment through evaluation. You will collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care across prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.

The successful candidate will hold an accredited nursing degree with an active RN license; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA recognized.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide individualized patient care.
• Collaborates with inter-professional colleagues including physicians to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Performs patient education, triage, care coordination and ensures adherence to nursing standards and ethics.
