Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized patient care using the full nursing process. The role collaborates with physicians and a broader care team to plan, implement and evaluate care across preventive and treatment settings.

The nurse will perform patient assessment, education, triage and coordinating care within the scope of practice and organizational standards. An RN license and applicable certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required (AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or multi-state licensure (NLC).
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with physicians and inter‑professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Performs nursing assessments, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Provides care across preventative, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow‑up.
• Coordinates patient care, education, triage and other nursing interventions.
