Job summary

Concord Hospital Medical Group seeks an APRN/PA to provide specialty, acute and chronic care across the lifespan in office, outreach, and inpatient settings, collaborating with CHMG physicians.

Licensure as an NH APRN or PA with DEA license is required. Five to six years of formal training beyond high school is expected; new grads may be considered, with duties including assessment, diagnosis, prescribing, and education.

Qualifications

• NH APRN or PA licensure is required.
• Current DEA license.
• Masters degree or equivalent in advanced practice.
• Prior specialty and/or site experience preferred; new grads may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient health history and perform physical examination.
• Diagnose acute and chronic medical problems within scope of practice.
• Provide specialty, acute and chronic management and patient education.
• Prescribe and manage medications within practice standards.
• Document care in the medical record and order/interpret diagnostic tests.
