The role involves obtaining histories, performing exams, diagnosing, managing medications, and educating patients, with documentation and testing as required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or five-year program required.
• NH license as APRN or PA and current DEA license required.

Responsibilities

• Obtains patient health history and performs physical examinations.
• Diagnoses acute and chronic medical problems within the scope of practice.
• Provides specialty, acute and chronic management and patient education.
• Prescribes and manages medications within practice standards.
• Documents care in the medical record and orders/interprets diagnostic tests.
