Job summary

Concord Hospital Cardiovascular Institute in Concord, NH seeks an experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) for night inpatient coverage in cardiology and vascular services. Work with a collaborative team in a dynamic acute-care environment and benefit from 12-hour night shifts and strong physician/APP support.

The ideal candidate will have acute care/inpatient cardiology experience and NH licensure (APRN) or NCCPA certification (PA).

Qualifications

• APRN or PA with inpatient acute care experience in cardiology/vascular care.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight coverage for hospitalized cardiology and vascular patients.
• Perform patient assessments, consultations, and follow-up evaluations.
• Respond to urgent clinical issues and changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with physicians, hospitalists, nursing staff, and consulting services.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Document care accurately in the electronic medical record.
