Job summary

Entertimeonline in Monticello, MN is hiring a Process Technician for 3rd shift to start up injection molding machines and ensure process parameters meet job specifications and quality standards. You will monitor alarms, adjust robots, troubleshoot issues, and document changes to ensure repeatable results.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of injection molding experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication, math, and computer skills. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Responsibilities

• Start up injection molding machines per shift following the production plan.
• Respond quickly to machine, robot, or equipment alarms.
• Cycle and adjust robots/pickers while maintaining tooling.
• Troubleshoot process and quality issues.
• Keep mold cleaning schedules during shifts.
• Document process changes and improve procedures for repeatability.
• Monitor cycle times and scrap within target ranges.
• Collaborate with engineering on process and equipment improvements.
• Provide direction to setup technicians and serve as backup as needed.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
