Qualifications

• 12-hour day shift availability with rotating weeks.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, plus 3+ years in injection molding processing.
• Experience with setup and startup of molds and related equipment.
• EOAT robot programming and setup.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic systems.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform startup and shutdown of production molds and mold change-overs (mold, equipment, EOAT).
• Safely operate forklift and overhead cranes for handling molds.
• Ensure correct mold and materials are used.
• Perform minor in-press mold cleaning as needed.
• Ensure processes run consistently and provide production support.
• Ensure product specs are met with QA/engineering collaboration.
• Log and communicate process changes; maintain 6S and SMED practices.
• Perform minor EOAT troubleshooting/repair.
