Job summary

Abel Personnel is seeking a Tech-Savvy Computer Operator to join our client's team in Baltimore, MD. This overnight role monitors enterprise infrastructure, runs routine checks, and responds to alerts to keep systems running smoothly.

You will work 12-hour shifts 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Wednesday to Friday with alternating Saturdays, earning $20 per hour. The position includes health insurance, generous PTO, sick leave, and floating holidays.

Qualifications

• TechnicalSavvy: A genuine interest in computers and technical systems.
• Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Background checks: Must pass criminal history and FBI-style background check for Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise infrastructure and escalate issues to senior operators or supervisors.

• Provide high-quality customer service and follow-up on technical queries.
