SSM Health seeks a Regular RN at DePaul Hospital – St. Louis to provide direct nursing care for patients requiring complex assessments. The role emphasizes collaboration with patients, families, and interprofessional teams to deliver evidence-based care.

Responsibilities include data collection, care planning, and ensuring safety and quality in a fast-paced environment. Licensure in applicable states is required; BLS HCP and ALS/PALS/NRP may apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing.
• No experience required.
• BLS HCP (AHA) and RN licensure in applicable states.

Responsibilities

• Obtains comprehensive data from patient and family to form a holistic view of patient needs.
• Analyzes data to determine diagnoses or conditions relevant to care.
• Develops and implements care plans in collaboration with the interprofessional team.
• Promotes a safe environment and coordinates care with patient, family and team.
• Evaluates progress and contributes to nursing practice quality and knowledge.
