Job summary

Seton Medical Center Harker Heights is seeking a Night Shift, full-time ICU Registered Nurse in Harker Heights, TX. You will provide compassionate, high-acuity patient care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

Required Texas RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications; multi-state licensure recognition through compact is preferred. ICU experience is a plus, with a commitment to safety and excellence.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN licensure required.
• Must hold or obtain multi-state license recognition via the Nurse Licensure Compact where applicable.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• ACLS certification required at hire.
• PALS certification within 6 months of hire.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver direct and indirect ICU patient care with the care team.
• Develop nursing care plans in collaboration with patient and family.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to physicians and supervisors.
