Job summary

Banner Health is seeking a skilled RN to join the ICU/CVICU team in Sun City, Arizona. This part-time night shift role focuses on caring for medical, surgical and cardiovascular ICU patients in a high-acuity setting.

You will participate in a comprehensive training program and utilize a self-scheduling tool for shifts and weekends. A weekend differential of $3/hour is provided to recognize off-hour coverage.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in critical care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care.
• Formulate and communicate plans of care and discharge needs.
• Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the health care team.
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Document care accurately in the patient record.
