Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team and communicate with patients and families.
• Provide care based on physician orders and nursing plan in compliance with policies.
• Document care and participate in education and mentorship within the unit.
