Jefferson Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team for night shifts at our Philadelphia-area location. The role emphasizes patient- and family-centered care, using the nursing process to meet physical, emotional, and social needs while developing individualized care plans with patients and designated care partners.

The RN will collaborate with healthcare professionals, participate in safety and quality initiatives, and support ongoing professional growth.

Competenze

Specialized Diploma required for nursing.
Knowledge of patient-, family-centered care and cultural awareness.
Effective communication with patients, families and staff.
Ability to assess patients and plan care.
Knowledge of discharge planning and coordinating post-hospital care.
