Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA is hiring a Patient Care Assistant for the Neuroscience Critical Care Unit.

This full-time 0.90 FTE night-shift role supports direct and indirect patient care from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am, with a $2.50/hour night differential and CNA certification required. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant required.
• Three months of patient care related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care as a PCA under RN supervision.
• Maintain awareness of patient needs and scheduling with nursing staff.
• Prioritize patient care with the healthcare team to meet goals.
• Assist the team in meeting patient and family goals.
