Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a skilled ICU RN for the night shift at Four Peaks Medical Center in Mesa, AZ. You will provide critical care to patients, manage IV lines, administer medications, and support family education while adhering to ANA standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of ICU RN experience, a current Arizona RN license, and certification as applicable to the unit. A sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; ADN/ Diploma must obtain BSN within 60 months or have 10 years RN experience.
• Arizona RN licensure required at hire.
• National certification preferred for unit-specific patient population.

Responsibilities

• Record patients' medical history and symptoms; assist with diagnostic tests and medications.
• Develop and implement care plans and administer treatments.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and home care needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
