Job summary

Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital in Jamaica Plain, MA, seeks a Registered Nurse to join the Med Surg Float Pool, floating across units to care for diverse patient populations.

You'll work 24-night shifts within the Weekend Incentive Program, earning a $9.00 per hour weekend differential in addition to standard shift pay and other applicable differentials, with a focus on patient-centered care and adherence to Nursing Standards of Care.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Registered Nurse Licensure is required.
• BSN is preferred per unit standards.
• 1-2 years of ICU experience is required; ED experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide patient care based on Nursing Standards of Care.
• Float across Med Surg units to care for diverse patient populations.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; coordinate with the care team.
