Aufgaben

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding, hygiene, mobility, transport) as directed.
• Perform phlebotomy, monitor vital signs, run point-of-care tests, and assist with EKGs under RN supervision.
• Identify and communicate changes in patient status to RN and respond to safety concerns.
• Reinforce care instructions for patients and families; promote safety and comfort.
• Participate in patient satisfaction initiatives and unit orientation for new hires.
