Baylor Scott & White Health – Lake Pointe in Rowlett, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts. This role supports adult and geriatric populations with 1:1 to 1:2 patient ratios in a compact 14-bed unit.

Minimum ICU experience of 1 year is required; CCRN is preferred. You will work in a facility offering extensive outpatient services and Magnet-like initiatives while benefiting from strong growth opportunities.

Competenze

  • 1 year of recent ICU experience required.
  • RN license is mandatory.
  • BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days.
  • CCRN certification preferred.

Mansioni

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
  • Coordinate with care team to ensure safe and effective nursing care.
  • Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatments.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
