Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ICU experience required.
• RN license and BLS certification.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient assessments and plan care with the team.
• Develop and evaluate care plans while coordinating with physicians and therapists.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
• Delegate tasks to nursing staff and monitor patient safety and outcomes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely, high-quality patient care.
