Job summary

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Clinical Technician for the 18-bed MICU on the Main Campus. You will assist with basic patient care, monitor patients, and support nursing staff during 7:00pm–7:30am shifts.

The role emphasizes empathy, safety, and teamwork in a high-acuity environment. Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, BLS certification, and at least one year of patient care experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification required within new hire period.
• 1 year of recent, full-time patient care preferred; substitutions allowed.
• Nursing students may substitute clinical rotation for experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care under RN supervision, including vital signs and personal care.
• Maintain room cleanliness and assist with procedures as directed.
• Report changes to RN promptly and document as required.
