Job summary

Park View Health Center in Winnebago County is looking for a Hospitality Aide to support residents with non-medical tasks during the 10:30pm–6:30am shift. The role includes dining room prep, serving meals, laundry, linen stocking, and transporting residents to activities.

This part-time, hourly position requires at least 16 years old, strong customer service, and good communication. You will work with a neighborhood team, following health and safety standards and collaborating with nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide good customer service in a patient-centered environment.
• Knowledgeable in infection control standards and safety precautions.
• Effective communication with residents and staff.
• Proficient use of basic office equipment and computers.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-medical tasks such as dining room prep, serving meals, and linen stocking.
• Provide 1:1 resident monitoring and transport residents to activities.
• Respond to call-lights and assist with non-care needs.
• Assist with activities and transport to beauty shop.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the neighborhood.
