Job summary

Virtua Health is seeking a part-time, per diem staff member for the 3rd shift (11p-7a) at our Voorhees location. The role involves collecting and cleaning patient care equipment, ensuring safe patient care, and supporting environment of care rounds. Per diem, on-site, with weekend coverage and every other holiday.

Qualifications

• Health care experience with knowledge of patient care equipment.
• HS Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Collects soiled equipment and returns to designated area for cleaning.
• Terminally cleans equipment according to manufacturer’s recommendations and inspects for patient safety.
• Documents and requisitions equipment rentals as needed.
• Delivers equipment and supplies within established priority guidelines.
• Assists with maintaining environment of care rounds to support safe patient care.
