Job summary

Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide direct and indirect care to patients across Broward County in home and community settings. The role requires a Florida CNA license and BLS certification, with at least six months of healthcare experience and reliable transportation.

The schedule runs 6:00am–2:30pm, with a focus on maintaining dignity and comfort for patients and supporting families through meaningful interactions.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license Florida required.
• BLS Certification required.
• Six months’ experience in hospital or healthcare environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect care to patients in home and community-based settings.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures.
• Support a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for each patient.
• Offer emotional support to patients and their families, fostering dignity and compassion at every interaction.
