Job summary

Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our inpatient Care Center in West Palm Beach. You will provide direct and indirect patient care under RN/LPN supervision and support daily living activities.

Shift 7:00 am to 7:30 pm, with every other weekend; requires Florida CNA license, BLS, and at least six months of healthcare experience. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are needed.

Qualifications

• Current Florida CNA license and active certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Six months’ experience in hospital or healthcare setting.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and adequate auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under RN/LPN supervision.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal hygiene and mobility.
• Support a clean, safe, and nurturing inpatient environment.
• Offer emotional support to patients and families, fostering dignity and compassion.
