PeopleShare by PROMAN in South Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Heavy Assembler for the night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule. The role involves assembling large industrial products, following work instructions, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

You should have manufacturing or production experience; heavy assembly experience is preferred, and you must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and work 12-hour nights with reliable attendance.

Formación

• Previous manufacturing or production experience required.
• Prior heavy assembly experience preferred.
• Experience working a 2-2-3 rotating schedule required.
• Experience working 3rd shift/overnight schedules required.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and perform physically demanding work.
• Stand/bend/reach for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attendance history and reliability.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble components and finished products according to work instructions and specifications.
• Utilize hand tools and measuring devices safely and effectively.
• Read and interpret work orders, assembly drawings, and production documentation.
• Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process.
• Move and position materials and components as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following all safety procedures.
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production issues and safety concerns.
