Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc in Sumter, South Carolina seeks an Assembler 1, General for a 12‑month assignment on the F shift (8:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.), 3 days on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off. Pay rate is $15.50 with a $1.50 shift differential.

Must lift up to 50 lbs, have a HS diploma or GED, and work in a climate‑controlled environment. Eye exam required before start (20/30 vision with or without correction). Essential duties include operating, optimizing, and changeover of production equipment in the Sharps

Qualifications

Candidates with previous work experience in a manufacturing environment are preferred.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

Operate, optimize, and changeover assigned departmental production equipment to meet production standards.
Operate packaging equipment and ensure correct labeling per specification.
Participate as a team member to ensure daily operations.
Maintain equipment quality and quantity at target levels.
Perform quality checks per specifications.
Keep accurate production, downtime and quality records.
Notify technicians of equipment malfunctions.
Use Batch Numbers in SAP.
Stamp Batch Numbers on cartons with correct information.
Perform general housekeeping duties during shift.
Follow safety and Quality System requirements (QSR).
