Job summary

AdvisaCare is looking for a Guest Service Associate in Ventura, CA. This full-time role includes ensuring safety and security, guest intake responsibilities, and assisting with inventory management. Candidates must have a high school diploma and ideally two years of caregiver experience.

The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work flexible shifts. CPR certification and a valid California driver’s license are also necessary. The role is physically demanding, requiring frequent lifting and mobility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of caregiver experience in a healthcare or recuperative care environment (preferred).
• Must be able to work a schedule with five (5) eight (8) hour shifts.
• Frequent standing and walking; able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and security of the recuperative care facility; conduct daily inspections.
• Perform guest intake responsibilities and build rapport with guests.
• Assist management in maintaining bed availability and documentation.

Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

CPR and First Aid Certification
