Job summary

Mars is seeking a Forklift Operator/Production Utility at the Royal Canin site in Fremont, NE. The role focuses on safe operation of equipment, material handling, and supporting production with a team-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a High school diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be willing and able to work varying shifts.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform inventories of raw materials in storage.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment.
• Assist in other production, sanitation, maintenance and quality activities.
• Perform housekeeping and sanitation procedures.
• Communicate with staff to optimize quality, efficiency, productivity and safety.
• Load trucks and manage live/staged loads.
• Operate Forklift (Expert Level).
• Direct ship responsibility including hold product disposition.
• WMS/BOL responsibilities.
• Support Shipping Department activities.
