Mars Incorporated is hiring a Grinding Utility Operator for Lebanon, TN. The role involves moving raw ingredients, loading/unloading, and preparing ingredients for mixing across rotating site positions.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, forklift experience, teamwork, coachability, and data-entry abilities. SAP/ATMS experience is preferred; night shifts run 6:00pm–6:30am with a $3 shift differential and benefits from Mars.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience and ability to work in a team.
• Coachable with disciplined initiative and data-entry ability.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or trade environments preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP, ATMS and week planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure raw materials are available for production lines on time.
• Communicate shortages to relevant stakeholders promptly.
• Maintain close contact with Operations to prevent delays.
• Raise escalations affecting safety, quality or efficiency.
