Job summary

Didion in Wisconsin is hiring a Bulk Load Out Operator to help load grain-based products safely and accurately. The role offers cross-training on multiple systems and equipment, providing flexibility, skill development, and career growth.

Available schedule is 6pm-6am, 4 on/4 off. Compensation includes $22-$25 per hour plus a $3.00 shift premium and an extra 40 hours of PTO for night shift.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience, preferably in a food-related environment.
• Ability to operate and learn automated equipment.
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with using computers.
