Job summary

Didion is seeking a Bulk Load Out Operator to join our team in Wisconsin, responsible for loading grain-based products safely and accurately. The role offers cross-training on multiple systems and equipment, providing growth opportunities. Schedule: 6pm–6am, 4 days on/4 days off, with a $3.00 shift premium.

The job requires manufacturing experience, comfort with outdoors and heights, and proficiency with computers. Forklift experience is a plus; lifting up to 55 lbs is expected.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing, preferably in a food-related environment.
• Ability to operate and learn automated equipment.
• Capable of climbing stairs/ladders and working at heights exceeding 20'.

Responsibilities

• Load and verify grain-based products safely and accurately.
• Operate and learn automated loading equipment; support cross-training.
• Support safety and quality during loading operations.
